I am a parrotfish. I am called a parrotfish because of my beak-like mouth, which I use to crunch on my favorite food -- coral. The best place to find coral is a coral reef.
I swim along the coral reef with a lot of other colorful fish. A very large shadow suddenly looms overhead. Oh no, it is a great white shark. I hide among the coral and ocean plant life. My colors help me blend in perfectly. I am pretty sure the shark saw me, but it does not see me now.
I watch the shark swim back and forth a few times. It tries to catch some other fish, but they also hide among the coral. When the shark finally swims out of view, I come out of my hiding place. Time to find something to eat.
