My cat has a very bouncy ball. She bats it around on the floor with her paws. As she plays faster and faster with the ball, the ball bounces higher and higher. She chases the ball toward the front of my house and out an open window the ball goes. My cat jumps right out the window after it.
It does not take much to distract my cat. By the time she lands in the grass outside the window, she forgets all about the ball.
