Larry is so relieved to escape the forest. That may be where he belongs but, having lived in a city his whole life, the forest just does not feel like home. Larry explores the town. As the sun starts to rise, Larry climbs through a hole in a backyard shed and settles in for the day.
When he wakes later in the evening, he is hungry. There aren’t any alleys in this town, but he finds a dumpster in the back of a shopping center loaded with food. The food is good and he fills his belly. Best of all, Larry meets a very friendly cat who knows all the best restaurants and is happy to share his meals.
